Local Geometry features the work of ten artists from Miami, that either use pure geometric forms to create or have geometry enmeshed within their work . They engage to create shapes and forms that inform the context and/or content of their art-works. They capture the geometric shapes in a direct or subtle, conscious or unconscious way, using different materials like metal sheets, canvas, cardboard, paint, copier machine paper, stretchers, and concrete. They explore form and color as they see it through the lens of the times in which they live.
